Our Rules & Policies
Hair Preparation
All clients must arrive with clean, freshly washed hair. If a wash service was not booked, hair must be washed, conditioned, and completely free of grease, buildup, and heavy products before your appointment.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time. late arrivals(more then 30) may result in a rescheduled the appointment.
guests
No unannounced guests. If plan to bring someone with you, it must be mentioned at the time of booking. unannounced visitors will not be permitted in.
children
Kid’s appointment are drop-off and pick up only. A parent or guardian must be available by phone and return promptly at the scheduled pick-up time.
Allergies & Product sensitivities
If you have any allergies or sensitivities to hair product, please disclose this at the the time of booking . We want to ensure your safety and comfort, so it is important this information is provided while booking (parent are in charge to mention child allergies or issues).
No Animals
NO pets or animals are allowed
food & drinks during your appointment
You are welcome to bring food to your appointment, but eating cooking food during your service is not permitted. If you have a long appointment and need a meal break, please mention it during your consultation. A 30-minutes break can be scheduled into your appointment time so can aet comfortably without interrupting your service.
Drinks, however, are welcome but (NO ALCOHOL or intoxicate person allowed)
Zero Drama policy
We are committed to maintaining a peaceful, positive space far every client ant stylist. whatever you have going on outside, please leave it at the door- and pick it back up on your way out. No tolerated inside. we’re here for good vibes and great hair only.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required before any services begins. No EXCEPTION
Refund Policy
If Refunds are only considered if the the completed style does not match the reference photo provided at the booking. To quality, the client must clearly demonstrate how the result differs from the agreed-upon style. If a refund approved, the installed hair will be removed by our stylist before any refund is issued. clients who choose to keep the hair forfeit their right to a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
